Quinoa pancakes

Well, I would call it pancakes wanna be waffles. I wanted to try to do waffles with quinoa but my wafflemaker broke therefore I needed to improvise. However it turned out to be fabulous. It’s very light and healthy.

Ingredients:

  • 50g of quinoa
  • 200ml of milk
  • 200g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 small spoons of vanilla syrup
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 1 spoon of baking powder
  • 1 small spoon of salt

Directions:

  1. Cook quinoa.
  2. Mix all ingredients in blender.
  3.  Cook pancakes in frying pan.
  4. Enjoy it!
